Studio recording is done in an acoustically treated and isolated room. This room is great sounding for every application you can think of. The recording is done in the digital domain with the MOTU ( Mark of the Unicorn ) sound cards as the center piece. A Soundcraft console is also a center piece. Additional preamps are availble as well from Art and Behringer. Sonar ( Cakewalk ) is the DAW at the center of the recording process. A PC with a Pentium 4 3.0 gig processor and 2 gig of RAM round out the setup. There is wide selection of microphones available from AKG to Shure. Many guitars, basses, amps and even a trap set is available if needed to enhance your project.
